When placing buy and sell orders on our platform, it is important to note that there is a minimum amount requirement. This means that the value of your order must meet a certain threshold in order to be completed. Currently, the minimum amount for buy and sell orders is 1 EUR/USD/GBP.

This minimum amount requirement is in place to ensure that all orders are processed efficiently and to prevent any potential issues that may arise from processing orders with very small values. If the value of a sell order is worth less than 1 EUR/USD/GBP, you will not be allowed to complete the order.

However, there may be some exceptional circumstances in which a sell order with a value lower than 1 EUR/USD/GBP will be permitted to be completed. These circumstances may arise from company actions, such as promotions or special offers, in which we may allow for smaller sell orders to be processed.
