If you forgot the password to enter your FlexInvest account, just tap the “Forgot Password” link on the login screen to have a password reset email sent to your registered email address. Make sure to check your spam folder in case you can't find this email in your inbox.
If you know your password but just want to update it, you can do so by following these steps:
Head over to the Account tab and look for the Security button.
Tap on the 'Reset Password' button.
Before you create a new password, you will need to enter your current password so we can verify it is you who is making these changes.
Once you have created a new password and confirmed it, you'll have successfully updated the password to your account.
Your security is our top priority. That's why, in addition to your password, we use a security PIN and biometric authentication to protect your account.
